Delete your account

This is how to delete an account of Anvilstead, the game by Consultoría EHERO S.L.U., with all its data.

From the game

1. Open Anvilstead and tap the Settings cog.
2. Scroll down to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

It is deleted from the server right away and can't be undone. The phone is left with a new account and a fresh game, in case you want to keep playing.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed or can't open it, write to info@consultoriaehero.com with the subject "Delete my Anvilstead account" and your player number (shown in Settings › Account). If you don't have it, tell us what you remember: which heroes you had, how far you'd got and when you last played. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your installation's identifier and your player number.
• The backup of your game with all your progress: heroes, gear, pieces, blueprints, materials, gold, gems, village houses and orders.
• The codes created to take the account to another device.
• Your notice board requests, and your number on the pieces you forged for other players.

What is kept

• Server backups are rotated: the deletion can take a few more days to disappear from all of them.
• The pieces you forged for others on the notice board are still theirs. The ones they had already collected keep the mark with your old number, which no longer leads to any account.
• Your purchases stay with your Apple or Google account, not on our server: "No videos" (formerly "Full game") comes back with "Restore purchases" in the in-game shop. Any gems you had are lost with the game.
• Nothing else: our server stores no purchases and no advertising data.
